College Internships
Our college internship program is a 12-week training and hands-on learning experience culminating in a final presentation outlining your activities and projects that you completed during your time here. These presentations will be delivered to leadership at Kubota Research & Development North America. During the course of the program interns will have the opportunity to visit manufacturing, learn the history and culture of Kubota, and engage in professional development opportunities.
Three Internship Opportunity Areas
Kubota Research & Development North America offers opportunities for college interns in three areas: Kubota’s turf products; Kubota’s utility vehicles; and Kubota’s tractor implements. While working within one of these product lines, interns have the opportunity to develop their understanding of the engineering profession, build their resume in a real world environment, and create a greater understanding of product development.
